Organic foods and health products made with LOVE.
Many will know Alef from the Octopus Garden where over the last two years, she created “Organic breakfast with Love”. Alef has ventured out again and created “Organic Love” a kitchen and shop where you will find hand made and organic products made with love and consciousness about our Mother earth!
At 30 years old, Alef is wise beyond her years; lovely and compassionate, she adores serving others. Born in a little valley Ojo de Agua, in the State of Mexico near Mexico City to Mexican parents. She has one younger sister and two brothers: one younger and one older. Her sister and old brother live in the town were they were all born and her younger brother lives in Sayulita. Alef tells me he is a photographer and a pretty good bar tender.
In Alef’s words “I moved here to visit my brother and then I fell in love with this area! My hobbies are handcrafts and cooking. I first moved to San Pancho where I gave massages and cooked vegetarian food at the farmers market. I’m a holistic therapist specializing in Ayurvedic and Shiatsu massage, aromatherapy and I’m a herbalist; natural therapy and herbalist medicine to health and detox the full body. I’ll be providing “Raindrop massages” where I apply droplets of aromatherapy to the spine, which detoxes the body and balances energy. I’ve trained and studied since 2009. I adore helping people feel better! In this new venture with “Organic Love” I will be working with a network of people in the indigenous community in Mexico who grow all organic food. Its called “Frutos de la tierra libre” translated that means ‘Fruits of the free earth’.
Alef’s father is a surgeon and he believes in holistic practices and specialized in Iridology. With him Alef keeps up to date and study’s nutrition.
With few exceptions products in the shop will be made by Alef; they’ll include:
- Aromatherapy and Ecological products
- Artisan bakery goods
- Vegan food
- Gluten free recipes
- Organic food and drinks.
